Big Chopped and Loving it.

Thursday October 13, 2011 I made the ultimate impulse decision to cut off all (or what was left of my hair). And I must admit it was one of the best decisions I've made all year. Ever since I went back to relaxing my hair in Oct. 2010, I've regretted every hair style since. Even though my first attempt at "Au-natural" hair was a little difficult, I'm more dedicated and educated to take the journey!  I refuse to spend a bundle this time around. Personally it defeats the simplicity and convenience of being natural if your spending alot on conditioners, treatments and CURL DEFINERS (my former addiction why natural the 1st time). I've decided to use up all my current products by Motions for relaxed and natural hair and other miscellaneous products. No my regimen may not work everyone but it will work for me and my pockets.

On the 2nd day I immediately colored it a dark brown shade by Dark and Lovely and followed up a deep conditioning with Organic Root stimulator Hair Mayo and Motions Deep Penetration Mask for about 45 mins. Rinsed and used Motions Nourishing Leave-in Conditioning Spray, Cantu Shea Butter Leave-in Conditioner, Mizani's True Textures Perfect Curl Defining Cream Gel, and African Royale Sheen Spray.

After all that I immediately "beat my face" and hit the streets, to show-off (LOL,so not me normally!)Oddly enough rocking a almost bald head has given a bit of confidence boost, which was much needed lately. While out I was easily co-hearsed into buying to unnecessary MAC blushes, Warm Soul (mineralize) as a highlighter and Plum Foolery (sheertone shimmer blush) for everyday looks.
